Return and refund policy Last updated: January 2026
At PIGS Digitaltrykk we produce each job to order - with high precision and customised to the customer's files, paper types and formats. Therefore, separate rules apply to cancellation, returns and refunds.
1. Customised products
Most of our products are customised according to customer requirements - For example, printing your own files, scanning original art, or customised framing. Such goods are covered not of the right of cancellation , cf. section 22 of Right of cancellation act .
When an assignment has gone into production, it can therefore not cancelled or refunded , unless there are errors or omissions on our part.
In addition, we only accept responsibility for correct reproduction of the original/print file when the file is delivered in one of the recommended file formats: TIFF, PSD, PSB, high quality JPEG, PNG, PDF or AI . If the file is delivered in another format, we cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur during conversion and in the subsequent printing process.
Colour reproduction: As long as the print appears technically correct and is within what we professionally consider to be normal variation, this does not provide grounds for complaint or compensation. In the event of signs of production errors - for example, the use of the wrong colour profile, a clear colour cast, banding/stripes or an incorrect cut-out - compensation will be assessed at our professional discretion.
2. Error, damage or deviation
We place great emphasis on quality at every stage. If you receive a product that is:

3. Returns
Please do not return goods without agreement. Since our products are customised, returns are only accepted after written approval from PIGS Digitaltrykk.
Upon approved return:
The product must be packed securely, preferably in its original packaging.
PIGS Digitaltrykk covers the freight costs for approved complaints.
4. Reimbursement
If reimbursement is granted:
The amount will be refunded to the same payment method as the purchase.
Processing time is normally 3-5 working days after approval.
You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been completed.
5. Goods and services without right of return
We cannot offer returns or refunds for:
Customised prints from the customer's own files
Opened scraps of paper or cardboard
Customised frames
Digital services (scanning, retouching) after delivery
6. Shipping damage
If the consignment is visibly damaged on receipt, notify the carrier (Bring, PostNord or Posten) immediately and note this on delivery. Then contact us within 48 hours with pictures of damage and packaging. This is necessary for insurance claims.
