TIFF or PSD is preferred. High-quality JPEG, PNG, PDF or Illustrator files are fine. 300ppi at print size is recommended.

What sizes and white borders can I choose?

We print seamlessly according to your desired format up to 160 cm on selected paper types. Choose a borderless or white border (e.g. 2-5 cm) for signing/framing/passepartout. Specify motif size and any total outer size.

What types of paper do you offer?

Always around 30 different types of paper in stock from FineArt for poster quality, e.g. Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 (matt cotton), Photo Rag Baryta 315 (baryta/glossy), White Velvet 270 (matt all-rounder), and Epson Hi-Res 180 for posters. Recommendations are given according to motif and desired expression.

How does colour management and softproof work?

Colour managed workflow with profiled media. We can softproof or send ICC profiles for screen softproofing. Small test strips can be ordered on request (NOK 170,- incl VAT).

What is the delivery time?

Usually 1-3 working days from approved file. Rush jobs according to capacity + 25% surcharge. Framing or extensive samples may add time.

Price depends on size and paper. We show from prices per standard format. For special sizes, we provide a quick estimate by uploading or emailing.

Pick-up and shipping?

Collection in Oslo during opening hours Mon-Fri 10-16. We ship prints in sturdy packaging to all of Norway. Trackable shipping; delivery time depends on carrier.

We coordinate framing with the partner and deliver directly to the frame workshop. Numbering/COA/signing can be agreed.
