Claim notification for purchases in the online store

Goods (prints, and assembly of prints) that were ordered in our webshop are exempt from the right of cancellation or return. This is because the goods you have received are individually made for you. Compensation is only possible if the goods were delivered with damage caused by us. All goods undergo a strict quality check as the last step in the production process.

PIGS does not take responsibility for damage that occurs during shipment, e.g. in the post, with DHL or courier services. Please contact us at in**@**gs.no or call us on +47 474 50 250 if damage has occurred. We encourage you to check goods immediately upon receipt. The deadline for reporting discovered damage is 14 calendar days after receipt.

The right to complain expires no later than three months after the goods have been received or after one year if information about the right to complain has not been provided. The time limit is deemed to have been complied with if notification is sent within the time limit and in a manner that is reasonable under the circumstances.

Goods that are complained about can be sent back for assessment.
