As a rule, the prints leave the workshop no later than 2–3 days after the order has been received. Delivery times vary depending on the product, quantity, any additional work required and, not least, the destination — please allow approximately one week for your order to arrive.

When it comes to packaging, we work to one principle: the print must arrive in exactly the same condition as when it left us.

• Roll-up prints (larger than A3) is packed in rigid tubes with sealed ends. The print is rolled up with protective interleaving, and the tube is sized to fit the width and length of the sheet.
• Flat parcels are packed in very sturdy cardboard envelopes in three outer layers – this results in a robust, flat package that can withstand rough handling during transport.

Tracking is always included. We cannot control the carrier’s actual transit time, but we can confirm that the parcel left our premises in good condition.
