Book submission of originals for scanning/photography (Oslo)

Deliver the originals to PIGS - we digitise afterwards. Book a short turnaround time, fill in a short form and deliver the material to the studio. This is a submission time (not production while you wait).

This is how it works

  • Book submission (approx. 15 min) in the calendar

  • Fill in contact info and write briefly in “Notes”

  • Deliver the originals - we register and assess format/condition

  • You get clarification on price and time before larger jobs start

  • We deliver the files digitally via wetransfer.com - the originals can be downloaded later

Write a little about the assignment

The form is short, use Notes in the booking form to get the right info right away. Here's how you do it:

Step 1: Select the date and time in the calendar.
Step 2: A small form pops up. Here you will find the field Notes (Comment on the assignment).
Step 3: Write briefly what you deliver.
Step 4: Send booking.

Do you have a lot of material (approx. 20+ or large formats)? Write it in Notes - then we'll customise the process.

Select a time in the calendar. You will receive a confirmation email.

Practical info

  • Location: PIGS Digitaltrykk, Christian Krohgs gate 34, 0186 Oslo

  • Bring the originals in a folder/packaging (preferably flat if possible)

  • Framed/glass: write it in Notes

  • Urgent jobs: write deadline in Notes (or call us)

Frequently asked questions about booking and submission

  • What am I booking - scanning time/photography time? You book a card submission time for reception and registration. Production (scanning/photography) takes place afterwards - without time pressure.

  • Do I need to know if it will be scanned or photographed? No. Write “unsure” in Notes. We recommend the correct method when we see the original and what the files will be used for.

  • Can I deliver framed/with glass? Yes, but it often affects the method and handling. Write “framed with glass” in Notes, and we'll get it right on receipt.

  • Do I get one price? We can often give you a quick indication on delivery. For larger/unclear assignments, you will receive a price/estimate before we start.

  • When do I get the files and when do I download the originals? The files are delivered digitally (typically via a link). The originals are stored safely at PIGS until they are collected during opening hours or by appointment.
