Do you need scanning and photography of your drawings, watercolours, paintings, objects or products? We carry out both scanning and photography of art to high-resolution files. You can use the files for printing, documentation or advertising. Whatever you choose, you get professional digitisation.
We also scan slides and film negatives.
You can deliver your originals and samples in person to our studio or send them by post. After we have completed the assignment, you will receive the originals back and the digital files to your e-mail. Please pick up larger original works/products close to the time of shooting.
Scan your originals for printing and archiving and much more. PIGS performs scanning and digitisation of drawings, watercolours and paintings on paper and the like up to 90 cm in width (media thickness up to 1.6mm).
ImageAccess WideTek 36 is a camera-based scanner (CCD) with an optical resolution of 1200 ppi in color (24bit), grayscale (8bit), bitonal or halftone. This is the perfect solution for creating editions of individual works such as prints, drawings or paintings.
We also scan negatives and slides. Here we use the Epson Perfection V850 Pro. The scanner has an optical resolution of 6400 ppi and 48bit.
This gives you the opportunity to enlarge your original for large prints. You can choose between raw scan (without editing) or scan2print (with editing). You'll get a perfect file that's ready to print.
We provide photographic documentation of art and paintings mounted on blind frames, products and objects in our photo studio at Christian Krohgs gate 34 in Oslo city centre. It doesn't matter if they are big or small. The maximum size for photos is 200 x 300 cm (height x width), objects should not be larger than 100 x 100 x 100 cm.
The PIGS photo studio is equipped with a camera (Sony Alpha 7R IV, 61 MP), tripod, flash (Godox), softbox and backdrop in various colours. It creates beautiful and colourful digital images in high resolution, perfect for all purposes.
