from PIGS Digitaltrykk \/ PIGS imaging AS, whether the purchase is made via the online shop at pigs.no, by email or in person at the studio. The terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Sales Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act and the Marketing Act.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Section 1<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>About the business<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">PIGS imaging AS is a Hahnem\u00fchle Certified Studio located in the centre of Oslo. We have been producing gicl\u00e9e prints and FineArt prints since 2013 for artists, photographers, galleries, businesses and private individuals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All production orders are carried out on an individual, made-to-order basis \u2013 we do not keep ready-made items in stock.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Section 2<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>Ordering and entering into a contract<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The contract is deemed to have been concluded once the order has been confirmed by PIGS via email or the online shop\u2019s order confirmation. For orders placed via the guidance service (email\/form), confirmation will be sent manually.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We reserve the right to decline orders if files do not meet the minimum requirements for resolution, format or technical suitability, or if the project cannot be completed to a satisfactory standard for other reasons.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Section 3<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>Prices and payment<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All prices on pigs.no are quoted in Norwegian kroner (NOK) including VAT, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges apply unless otherwise specified in the order.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Payment in the online shop is made at the time of ordering. Orders for guidance services are invoiced upon collection or dispatch, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">PIGS reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors in the online shop. In such cases, the customer will be notified and may choose to proceed with or cancel the order.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Section 4<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>Bespoke products and the right to cancel<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The majority of PIGS\u2019s products are bespoke items manufactured on the basis of the customer\u2019s own files, measurements and choice of materials. Such goods are expressly excluded from the Right of Withdrawal Act (Right of Withdrawal Act, Section 22(b) \u2013 goods manufactured to the consumer\u2019s specifications).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This means that you do not normally have a right of withdrawal for prints, framed works, mounted prints, scans or other services carried out in accordance with your instructions. We recommend:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li4\">TIFF or PSD as preferred file formats<\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\">High-quality JPEG, PNG, PDF or AI files are accepted<\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\">300 ppi at the desired print size<\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\">Colour space: Adobe RGB or sRGB \u2013 not CMYK<\/li>\n<\/ul><div><br><\/div>\n<p class=\"p4\">PIGS accepts responsibility only for the accurate reproduction of the file as supplied. We do not carry out automatic colour correction, retouching or upscaling without prior agreement. If the file is supplied in a format we have not recommended, or if it deviates from the minimum requirements, production will be carried out at our discretion \u2013 without any guarantee that the result will match what is possible with an optimal file.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Colour reproduction: Screen displays are not colour-matched to our printed output unless you have used our ICC profile and a calibrated display environment. Discrepancies between the screen and the print that fall within what we professionally consider to be normal production variation do not constitute grounds for a complaint. Obvious production errors \u2013 incorrect colour profile, banding\/stripes, incorrect cropping \u2013 will be assessed and replaced in accordance with \u00a7 6.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Section 6<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>Complaints \u2013 manufacturing defects and damage in transit<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">PIGS bears the risk for the goods until they have actually been delivered to the buyer, in accordance with Section 14 of the Consumer Sales Act.
